Francesca Smith

Francesca is responsible for daily management of Mosaic’s international underwriting operations, oversight of delivery partners and supporting expansion of the company’s international operations and insurtech operating model. Previously, she spent seven years specialising in London market operations within Lloyd’s syndicates. Prior roles at Hiscox included underwriting assistant, business analyst, and operations manager, for which she managed consortia with a focus on making operational processes more agile and adaptive. She has a CII diploma and is a chartered manager with CMI level 5 accreditation.
