Odessa supports Mosaic’s underwriting teams managing policy issuance across product lines and regions. Her previous industry roles include working as an underwriting specialist at AIG, and as an associate broker at Amwins. She has a bachelor’s degree in Risk Management & Insurance from Georgia State University and also holds a P&C license for the state.
