Tamar Katamadze

Tamar is a member of Mosaic’s US M&A deal team, analyzing, reviewing, and drafting documentation. Previously, she worked as an associate at Fridman Law Firm PLLC in New York, where she practiced corporate and finance law, focusing on negotiating agreements for domestic and international clients. She also led the firm´s discussions with the finance and startup community. Prior to that, she held a senior legal role at JSC Georgian State Electrosystem, where she represented the company in ßthe European Union.
