Benjamin Monroe possesses extensive experience in strategic communications and training, currently serving as a Strategic Communications and Training Specialist at MOSAIC since May 2013, where innovative strategies drive growth and engagement for diverse organizations. Concurrently, Benjamin also facilitates training solutions at Mosaic Learning, focusing on enhancing the learning process through collaborative methodologies. Prior to these roles, Benjamin managed international membership activities for SMART from 2011 to 2013, overseeing trend tracking and growth within the United States and Canada.
