Kim Barkdoll

Kim Barkdoll, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources and consulting. Kim is currently the Director of Human Resources Operations & HRBP at Mosaic, where they lead HR functions and provides strategic consulting for organizational effectiveness. Kim collaborates with senior leadership to drive positive workforce experiences and oversees a team of HR Business Partners. Kim is responsible for identifying and addressing trends in workforce data, hiring and developing HR professionals, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Prior to Mosaic, they worked as a Licensed Real Estate Agent and owned their own businesses in travel and HR consulting. Kim has also held managerial HR positions at Millard Refrigerated Services and Minnesota Corn Processors. Kim is highly skilled in employee relations, performance management, coaching, compensation, and HR policy interpretation.

Kim Barkdoll, PHR, SHRM-CP holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Business Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including LRA Conducting Serious Incident Investigations from Mosaic, Coaching from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from IASSC, and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI. Kim is also a certified Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent by the State of Nebraska and holds the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management.
