Lisa Parteh is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in community engagement and service delivery within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Mosaic since May 2022, Lisa leads executive directors while overseeing strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational quality, fiscal performance, and employee relations. With over a decade of experience as a Surveyor for CARF International and a notable tenure as Vice President of Community Engagement at Functional Industries, Lisa has effectively managed fundraising efforts, compliance with regulatory standards, and the development of training programs. Previous roles include Vice President of Client Services and QDDP positions at various organizations, emphasizing Lisa's commitment to individuals with developmental disabilities. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bethel University.
