Robert Graulich has been in the financial industry for over 30 years. Robert began their career at Bank of America in 1986 as a Consumer Market Executive. In this role, they were responsible for leading, managing, and coaching Banking Center Managers and their teams to drive sales, service, operations, and people results. Some of their significant achievements during this time include successfully transitioning the CT team from Fleet to BAC, being awarded 3 Awards of Excellence, and achieving Platinum club status in 2006 and 2007.

In 2008, Robert Graulich transitioned to the role of Sales and Referral Process Executive.
