Tracy Lee

Tracy Lee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success and engagement within the communications industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Client Success at Mosaicx since November 2021, Tracy previously held leadership positions at Intrado and West Unified Communications Services, where responsibilities included managing teams, developing partner relationships, and enhancing sales channel efficiencies. Tracy's earlier career at INTERCALL featured roles in channel operations and project management, contributing to the establishment of the company's first online sales training program. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with minors in Spanish and Sociology from Illinois Wesleyan University.
