William Bradshaw

William Bradshaw, JD, MBA, currently serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Mosaicx, where responsibilities include advising executive leaders on strategic initiatives, negotiating complex international agreements, conducting M&A due diligence, and mentoring legal staff. Prior to this role, William Bradshaw worked as an Associate at Fitzgerald, Schorr, Barmettler & Brennan, P.C., engaging in litigation, contract negotiation, and corporate law. Early career experiences include serving as a Judicial Assistant and Law Clerk Intern for the US Courts and managing a Jamba Juice location, where significant sales milestones were achieved. William Bradshaw holds an MBA and JD from Creighton University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
