Head Coach - Boys Swim And Dive at Moses Lake School District

Lindy Tracey has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. Lindy started their career as a Dean Aquatics Center Lifeguard at Albion College in 2012 and later became a Resident Assistant. In 2015, Lindy joined the YMCA of Greater Seattle as an Outdoor Environmental Educator and later became a Unit Director. Lindy also worked as a Middle School Math and Science Teacher and Girls and Boys Swim & Dive Coach at Clover Park School District before transitioning to Moses Lake School District in 2017. At Moses Lake, Lindy held various roles including ASB Senior Class Advisor, Assistant Coach for Softball, Head Coach for Boys and Girls Swim and Dive, and Co-Manager at Tony St. Onge Pool of Dreams. Lindy'scurrent position is the Program Director at McGaw YMCA, which they started in 2022. With a strong background in education, coaching, and program management, Lindy has developed a wide range of skills and expertise throughout their career.

Lindy Tracey earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology with a focus on Environmental Studies, Mathematics, and Secondary Education from Albion College, where they attended from 2010 to 2014. In 2020, they pursued further education at Gonzaga University School of Leadership Studies, completing a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Leadership in 2022. Additionally, Lindy obtained a certification as an American Red Cross Lifeguard Safety Instructor from the American Red Cross in January 2022.
