Shuja Akram

Shuja has practiced public accounting since 2001. He’s experienced in managing, training, motivating, and coaching employees and engagement teams. Shuja provides tax compliance and consulting services to private and publicly traded companies around the world. He primarily focuses on the oil and gas, renewable energy, technology, health care, and real estate industries. He also has significant experience with tax planning for startup companies and IPOs.

Prior to joining Moss Adams, Shuja spent several years at a Big Four firm.

Shuja has been a frequent speaker on tax-related issues for organizations such as the Petroleum Accountant’s Society of Houston, the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business, and other local forums.
