Later in the same year, the company was acquired by MoSys India Private Limited and Ajitha was promoted to Director - Operations. In this role, Ajitha was in charge of day to day general administration of the organization which included Real estate development, Logistics of the organization, Taking care and maintenance of about 200 children with 50 employees in a residential complex, Full in-charge of Accounts and Finance, Payroll process and holding the signatory power of issuing and passing the payment of the organization, Maintenance of books of accounts, sponsorship files and fund raising activities of the organization, Vendor management, issuance of Form No. 16 and Form No. 16 (A) of the organization, Development of residential complex of the organization at Assam, Bhubaneswar and Hyderabad, Setting up of new projects of the organization in Assam, Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad.
