Antonio Merza

Radio Frequency Design Engineer at MoSys

Antonio Merza began their career in 1997 as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at ITS Electronics. In 2005, they moved to Redline Communications as an RF Design Engineer. In 2006, they joined MITEQ Inc. as a Senior RF Engineer, where they designed SSPAs in C band (200W), X band (80W), Ku band (40W) and K band (2W). In 2010, they joined Peraso Industries Inc. as an Applications Engineer, where they designed boards for applications with the 60GHz radio chips produced by Peraso and conducted measurements with the chips mounted on the boards or in special sockets. In the same year, they also worked as an RF Design Engineer at Jersey Microwave. In 2021, Antonio moved to Syntronic - A Global Design House as an RF Hardware Engineer. Most recently, they have been working at Peraso Technologies, Inc. as a Radio Frequency Design Engineer since 2022.

Antonio Merza attended Université de Montréal from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with a focus on MMIC and MHMIC.
