Hidayah S. is an experienced Account Executive currently employed at Mother Tongue since July 2023. Previously, Hidayah held roles as a Language Operations Intern and Operations Intern at CaptionCube, where responsibilities included editing English and Malay-language transcriptions and leading a company-wide event to enhance team morale. Prior experience includes working at Lynn's Cakes as Service Crew, managing sales tracking and inventory issues, while ensuring exceptional customer service. Hidayah holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Linguistics and Multilingual Studies from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, alongside international experience in language immersion programs at Université de Franche-Comté and the University of Mannheim.
