Iwo Bukowski has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Iwo is currently working at Motherson Group as a Supply Chain Director. Additionally, Iwo has held positions such as Supply Chain Project Leader at Coroplast Fritz Müller GmbH & Co. KG, Operations Director/Senior Manager PSM at Heesung Electronics Poland (LG Group), Coordinator at Van Koppen & Van Eijk, and Sales Manager at Amplico AIG Life and Allianz Life.

Iwo Bukowski obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Poznań, from 1999 to 2001. Iwo also completed Studia Podyplomowe Mangerskie (Postgraduate Management Studies) from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław, from 2011 to 2012.
