Poonam J. has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and robotics. POONAM is currently employed as a Senior Software Engineer at Motherson Innovations. Prior to this, they worked at inGen Dynamics Inc. where they held various roles including Engineering Manager, Technical lead - Robotics and Control Systems, and Robotics and Control engineer. POONAM also worked as a Senior Project Assistant at CSIR-CEERI, where they focused on AI-based control algorithms and dataset preparation for deep learning algorithms implementation. Poonam has experience in technical support leadership at Robokits India and completed an internship at Reve Automation, where they worked on a computer vision-based intelligent vehicle parking system. POONAM also gained internship experience at Horizon Microtech Pvt Ltd. Overall, Poonam has a strong background in software engineering, robotics, and AI-based control systems.

Poonam J. began their education at Shivam Vidyalay in 1996 and completed their SSC degree in 2007. POONAM then attended Raghunath Hindi Higher Secondary School from 2008 to 2009, obtaining an HSC degree. In 2010, they enrolled at GECG-28 in Gujarat, India, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Control, which they completed in 2013. Poonam furthered their education by pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Instrumentation at LD Engineering College from 2014 to 2016.
