Swati Bisht

Swati Bisht has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Swati has worked as a Production Supervisor at Deltron A Division Of Continental Device India Limited from July 2013 to April 2015. Swati then transitioned to the role of a PCB Design Engineer at SMD LED & EMS PVT. LTD., where they worked from February 2017 to February 2018. Following this, they joined SGS Tekniks Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. as a PCB Design Engineer in March 2018 and continued in this role until March 2020. During their time at SGS Tekniks, Swati was involved in designing consumer electronics projects such as water purifiers, BLDC fans, power adaptors, and LED driver boards. Swati also laid out PCBs up to 4 layers, ensuring adherence to design considerations and rules. Additionally, they performed DFM analysis to optimize the design output. In April 2020, Swati joined Luminous Power Technologies (P) Ltd as a Senior Engineer PCB Design (R&D). In this role, they were responsible for designing advanced solar power conditioning units (PCUs) with microcontroller-based 32-bit technology and integrated MPPT controllers. Swati also designed high-power hybrid inverter boards for 48V and 24V batteries. Currently, Swati is working as a Senior Hardware Engineer at Motherson Innovations, a position they have held since March 2023.

Swati Bisht completed their education in electronics and communication engineering. From 2013 to 2016, they attended the Institution of Engineers of India (IEI) in Kolkata, where they earned the degree of Associate member of institution of engineers. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Diploma in electronics and communication engineering at the Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training.

Additionally, they obtained a certification in Advance Hardware and PCB Design from Udemy in December 2022.
