Christopher J. Spontelli, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Business Operations at Motif FoodWorks, overseeing day-to-day operations and leading a team of 10 across various functions, including Supply Chain, Production, and Finance. With a career marked by progressive leadership roles, Christopher has successfully implemented new operational models and built product management organizations in start-up environments. Prior experience includes roles at International Flavors & Fragrances, DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences, The Dow Chemical Company, Ottens Flavors, and Colorcon, where Christopher demonstrated expertise in product management, market strategy, and business development. Christopher holds an Executive MBA in Food Marketing from Saint Joseph's University and a BS in Food & Resource Economics from the University of Delaware.
