Jill Mealy, CPIM, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jill began as a Chapter Consultant at Kappa Kappa Gamma, where they provided guidance on leadership and chapter standards. Following this, they held roles at OfficeMax, Jo Ann Stores, and The J.M. Smucker Company, where they managed product, merchandise planning, and finance in various capacities. Currently, as the Supply Chain Director at Motif FoodWorks, they play a pivotal role in establishing and refining the S&OP process, transforming the supply chain's quality and logistics. Throughout their career, they have excelled in driving value creation through strategic sourcing, insightful analysis, and operational efficiency.

Jill Mealy, CPIM holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising from The University of Akron and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management. In 2023, they obtained their Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification from the Association for Supply Chain Management.
