Soek Yie Phan

Soek Yie Phan has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at First Virtual Communications, Inc., handling multi-point video-conferencing solutions. In 2005, they joined Sendmail, Inc. as a Finance Consultant and later became the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and Director of Finance and Accounting.

In 2013, Phan joined Vinfolio as the Corporate Controller, responsible for financial management. After leaving Vinfolio in 2016, they joined Metamarkets as the VP Finance and later took on the role of Controller. As the leading provider of interactive analytics for programmatic marketing, they contributed to the company's success in providing real-time information to customers like Twitter, AOL, and LinkedIn.

In November 2017, Metamarkets was acquired by Snap Inc., and Phan took on the role of VP Finance, leading a successful transition and integration of G&A functions into Snap HQ. Soek Yie continued in this role until December 2018. Then, in 2018, they joined Good2Go, Inc. as the Controller until June 2020.

Phan's entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Palmetto Advisory LLC in 2017 while simultaneously serving as their VP Finance. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Finance at Motimatic, starting in March 2022.

Soek Yie Phan completed their Cambridge A Level degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Math from Raffles Institution in 1996. From 1997 to 2000, they pursued a BBA degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
