Karine Ksadzhikyan

Karine Ksadzhikyan has extensive experience in accounting and finance, having worked in various roles within the industry since 2002. Starting as a Junior Corporate/Production Accountant at GRB Entertainment, Ksadzhikyan managed accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and check requests. Subsequently, Ksadzhikyan served as a Staff Accountant at New Wave Entertainment, overseeing financials for multiple entities and handling tasks such as monthly closes, bank reconciliations, and collections. Since January 2012, Ksadzhikyan has held several positions at Motion Picture Industry Pension & Health Plans, progressing to the role of Senior Manager, Employer Services, while also serving as Manager, Audit & Collections and Assistant Manager, Contribution Processing. Responsibilities throughout these roles have consistently included preparing audit samples, conducting meetings with employer representatives, and ensuring compliance through detailed analysis.
