Barry Mills

Barry Mills has over three decades of experience in recruitment and talent management, currently serving as the VP of Recruiting and Client Delivery at Motion Recruitment since March 2010. In this role, Barry strategically drives recruiting efforts, focusing on campus recruitment, branding, and the development of processes to maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Previously, Barry held leadership positions at CDI Talent & Technology Solutions, Taleo, Conduent HR Services, and Matrix Resources, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment operations, enhancing fulfillment models, and managing global staffing initiatives. Barry holds a BA in Economics and Labor from Iowa State University.
