Jingjing Wang has extensive work experience in software engineering and data platform roles. They are currently working at Motional as a Principal Software Engineer and Team Lead, responsible for the Autonomy Platform. Prior to that, they worked at The Walt Disney Company as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead, leading a team in developing data pipelines for ad sales and video content data. Before that, they worked at Hulu as a Senior Software Engineer, where they designed real-time data pipelines and a web service for processing revenue and playback events. Jingjing also has experience as a Software Developer at Syncsort and a Research Assistant at The Research Foundation of SUNY, where they focused on improving scalability and resource contention among parallel applications. They began their career as a Software Developer Intern at CVS Caremark and as a System Administrator Assistant at Southern Illinois University.
Jingjing Wang received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Southeast University in 2008. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 2008 to 2010. Following this, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from Binghamton University between 2011 and 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Jingjing obtained the MCSE certification from Microsoft in 2008 and became a Certified ScrumMaster in 2013.
