Sahil Potnis

Sahil Potnis is a seasoned engineer and leader in the field of autonomous vehicle performance, currently serving as Director of AV Performance at Motional since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Principal Team Lead at Motional, and as Sr. Systems Engineer at Aurora and Uber, where significant contributions were made to the development of autonomous vehicle systems. Earlier career highlights feature positions at Theranos, Geri-Safe, and academic roles at Cornell University and the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Sahil holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University and has a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
