Ramona Jost

Ramona Jost began their work experience in 2016 at FlixBus, where they worked as a Praktikantin Recruiting and later as a Werkstudentin Recruiting und HR Management. In 2018, they joined Bertrandt Group as a Werkstudentin Recruiting und Personalmarketing, transitioning to a role in Active Sourcing from 2019 to 2021. From 2021 to 2022, Ramona worked in Recruiting und Personalmarketing at Bertrandt Group. Currently, in 2023, they are working at Motius as a Recruiting Specialist and Team Lead Talent Acquisition & Recruiting.

Ramona Jost completed their education in the field of Wirtschaftspsychologie (Business Psychology). From 2014 to 2018, they attended Hochschule für angewandtes Management and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA). Following this, they pursued further studies at the same institution from 2018 to 2020, earning a Master of Arts degree (MA) in Wirtschaftspsychologie.
