Engineering Team

The Engineering Team at Motiv Power Systems is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing electric truck and bus chassis along with their supporting charging infrastructure. This cross-functional team works on vehicle systems integration, electrical and embedded software engineering, mechanical design, and thermal management to enhance performance and sustainability. They collaborate closely with R&D and sales teams to ensure that the products meet customer needs and industry standards.
