Rob Rule

Rob Rule has extensive experience in environmental management and program oversight, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Shell Oil since May 2017, after previously holding a similar position at Motiva Enterprises LLC. At Motiva, Rob Rule managed soil and groundwater issues related to historic releases and redevelopment strategies. Prior roles at Shell included Principal Program Manager, where Rob Rule coordinated efforts across various regions addressing environmental issues, and Lead Auditor at Texaco, overseeing HSE audits on a global scale. Rob Rule holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the College of William and Mary.
