Mike Murphy

Mike Murphy is currently employed at Motivate LLC as a People Systems Manager. Prior to that, Mike worked at Michael Kors as a Senior Analyst for Total Rewards and People Analytics. Before their time at Michael Kors, Mike held positions at Sprinklr as a Senior Human Resources Analyst and Human Resources Associate. Mike also has experience as a Human Resources Specialist at the New York Army National Guard. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and Economics from the State University of New York at Oswego, as well as being Military Occupational Speciality Qualified in the Human Resource Specialist Course from the United States Army Adjutant General School.
