Jalan Barrow has been working in the technical field since 2016. In 2016, they started as a Tier 1 Technical Support Agent at Xima Software. In 2018, they joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as a Technical Support Specialist, where they were responsible for working with over 30,000 mobile device smartphones. Jalan also had the responsibility of desk-side support and handling escalated tickets. In 2020, they joined Motivosity as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Support Manager, and Sr. Technical Support.
Jalan Barrow attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2017 to 2020, receiving an Associate's degree in General Studies in 2018 and a Bachelor's degree in Frontend Web Development and Design in 2020.
