Natalie Baguley

Natalie Baguley has over 8 years of work experience in sales enablement. Natalie began their career in 2013 as an Account Manager at AMN Healthcare. Natalie then moved to Nordstrom as a Sales Person/Style Expert. In 2016, they became a Business Development Manager at Nelson Staffing, followed by a Regional Sales Manager position at HireVue in 2017. In 2018, they joined Thumbtack as a Senior Enablement Specialist and QA Analyst. In 2020, they became the Founder of the Salt Lake City WiSE Chapter at WiSE - Women in Sales Enablement, and also started working as an Enablement Program Manager and Partnership Program Manager at Habits at Work. In 2021, they took on a role as GTM Enablement Manager at LiveRamp. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Head of Sales Enablement at Motivosity.

Natalie Baguley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from Sonoma State University and has studied Spanish Language and Literature at the Universidad de Salamanca.
