Jane began their career in 1995 at Dixons Stores Group as a Sales Assistant/TIC Assistant Manager, where they gained experience in customer service, merchandising, stock control, and administration. Jane also covered the role of TIC Assistant Manager and managed the day-to-day operations of the store.

In 1996, they joined Fosters Menswear as a Sales Assistant/TIC Deputy Manager, where they were responsible for serving customers, merchandising, achieving KPIs, and managing stock control. Jane also covered the role of TIC Deputy Manager and took charge of opening and closing the store.

In 2001, they joined Gamestation and held various roles including Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, Trainer Manager, Field Trainer, Training Designer, and Development Coordinator. Jane'sresponsibilities included delivering training, providing advice, and developing store managers and staff members. Jane also carried out succession planning and identified areas for improvement in underperforming stores.

From 2009 to 2011, Jane worked at Game Group as a Development Officer. Jane'srole involved delivering training and advice to store managers and regional managers, as well as identifying talent and developing underperforming members of the management teams.

From 2011 to 2015, they served as the National Training Manager at Cash Converters UK, where they recruited and managed a training and development team. Jane developed and implemented training strategies, ensured compliance, conducted training needs analysis, and delivered training materials. Jane also worked closely with senior managers to coach and develop their teams.

Jane then joined Moto Hospitality in 2015 and held various roles including Senior Training Officer, Training Manager, HR Manager - Operations (Maternity cover), Training & Recruitment Manager, and Head of Talent and Resourcing. In these roles, they led a training and recruitment team, delivered training and recruitment strategies, and ensured customer satisfaction across 45 locations with 5,000 staff members.

In 2021, Jane briefly worked as a Non Healthcare Professional Vaccinator at the NHS.

In 2020, Jane pursued additional qualifications. Jane completed the NLP Business Diploma at Unleash Your Potential and received the Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health from FAA.

From 2021 to 2022, Jane participated in a Lifetime Apprenticeship program and obtained a Level 5 Coaching Qualification. Continuing their professional development, they attended Insights Discovery in 2023 and became an Insights Client Discovery Practitioner.

Lastly, Jane's academic journey culminated in 2022 to 2033, where they pursued an Executive Coaching and Mentoring degree at The Institute of Leadership, earning a Level 7 qualification.
