Youssef Hedhili has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Youssef is currently serving as the Head of Operations at MOTOR Ai since March 2023.
Prior to that, Youssef worked at PwC Deutschland, where they held various positions. Youssef started as an Intern in July 2018 and then progressed to the role of Associate from July 2019 to October 2022. Youssef also completed a Master's Thesis from December 2018 to June 2019 during their time at PwC. Youssef advanced to become a Senior Associate from October 2022 until February 2023.
Youssef gained experience at BMW Group as an Intern from July 2018 to September 2018.
Youssef also interned at Polymath Ventures from April 2018 to June 2018.
Earlier in their career, Youssef held a Working Student position at Infineon Technologies from July 2017 to February 2018.
Before that, they had another stint as a Working Student at Infineon Technologies from March 2016 to April 2017, and also completed an Internship from October 2015 to February 2016.
Youssef contributed to perisens GmbH as part of their Bachelor's Thesis from July 2015 to October 2015.
Additionally, Youssef gained valuable experience through an Internship at Technische Universität München, where they worked on the eCARus project, assisting in the design and installation of a new WLAN Box and the conception and design of a new throttle on the tech stand using Autodesk Inventor. This internship took place from March 2015 to April 2015.
Youssef also completed a Research Internship at Technische Universität München from May 2014 to June 2014.
Youssef Hedhili completed their education in a chronological order. Youssef obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Technical University of Munich, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Youssef then pursued a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the same university, from 2016 to 2019.
In addition to their formal education, Youssef also obtained several certifications. In September 2019, they completed the Machine Learning course from Coursera. Youssef also obtained the DataRobot Essentials certification from DataRobot in August 2019. Furthermore, they gained expertise in Azure Fundamentals and became a Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals in April 2020. Youssef also received the Intel® Edge AI for IoT Developers Nanodegree from Udacity in September 2021. Lastly, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure IoT Developer Specialty certification in March 2021.
It should be noted that Youssef participated in the ATHENS Exchange Program at Mines Paris in 2013, specializing in Logistics, Production, and Supply Chain Management. However, no specific degree was mentioned for this program.
