Carter Salwin

Carter Salwin is a Senior Manager in Government Affairs and Grassroots and Member Outreach at MEMA, The Vehicle Suppliers Association, since September 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Legislative Assistant for Congressman Tom Reed (NY-23) from July 2019 to September 2022, handling a diverse legislative portfolio and coordinating with the Ways and Means Committee. Additionally, Salwin worked as a Legislative Correspondent for Congressman John Moolenaar (MI-04), focusing on appropriations and constituent correspondence. Previously, Carter was a Public Policy Analyst at Mercedes-Benz AG, analyzing federal legislation and representing the company in trade discussions.
