Rhett Barker

Rhett Barker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and leadership roles, currently serving as Regional Lead at Motor since July 2021, focusing on promoting the adoption of electric vehicles and sustainable energy solutions. Prior to this, Rhett was Indiana Market Lead at Zimmer Biomet, specializing in orthopedic sales for the Foot & Ankle sector from November 2019 to October 2021. Rhett founded and served as CEO of Flipside Solutions, LLC, a company acquired by Motor EV in August 2021, which provided car care solutions for parking management groups. Additional experience includes a role as Product Specialist at CED Chicagoland and a commercial sales intern at FitzMark, Inc. Rhett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Entrepreneurship from Ball State University and has completed training at Medical Sales College.
