Ben Holt

Ben Holt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in privacy, security, and intellectual property law. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for Utah FIRST, Ben actively contributes to inspiring youth in science and technology. As Senior Privacy & Security Counsel at Motorola Solutions, Ben ensures radio product teams achieve privacy compliance through various consulting and assessment methods. In addition to roles at Cure HHT, where Ben is Vice President, and multiple leadership positions within the Utah State Bar's Cyberlaw Section, Ben has owned a legal practice and served as Of Counsel for notable law firms. Educational credentials include a JD with an intellectual property focus and an MBA from the University of Utah, complemented by certifications in advanced telecommunications.
