Goutham Nellikatte

Goutham Nellikatte currently serves as an Engineering Manager at Motorola Solutions since December 2024, following a tenure at Noggin where responsibilities included establishing a development center in Bengaluru and managing operational stability from May 2022 to November 2024. Prior to that, Goutham founded Advitey Technologies Pvt Ltd and held the position of Lead Software Engineer I at DealerSocket, overseeing CRM Digital Retail solutions. Additional experience includes roles as Development Team Lead at Taxback International, Co-Founder & CTO of Movifi, Software Development Specialist at NTT DATA, and Software Developer III at Campus Management Corp. Goutham's career also includes work as a Software Engineer and Scrum Master at SLK and founder of Uthkrushta Mechatronics. Goutham holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Kuvempu University.
