Jay Liggins

Jay Liggins currently serves as Customer Technical Education Supervisor at Motorola Solutions, where responsibilities include process management and team member training. Previously, Jay held roles as a Customer Technical Education Specialist and Sr. Training Specialist, focusing on instructing users in complex software applications. In addition to experience at Motorola Solutions, Jay has been a Police Communications Dispatcher at the Arizona Department of Public Safety, contributing as a trainer and a member of the Peer Support team. Earlier career positions include roles with the City of Colton and the City of San Bernardino, focusing on recreation program development and management. Jay is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminology at Arizona State University, expected to complete in 2026.
