Reshmika Dhandapani is a seasoned product management analyst currently contributing to Motorola Solutions in the area of Evidence Software Product Management since March 2024. Previously, Reshmika served as a Digital Product Manager Intern at Carrier, where an API governance and documentation strategy was developed to enhance system stability and inter-team collaboration. Earlier experiences include roles as a Student Product Consultant at Pilleve, collaborating with founders to increase product adoption, and as an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture, where significant contributions to QA testing processes led to notable efficiency improvements.
