Will Rehlich

Will Rehlich is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in hardware management, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing processes. Currently serving as a Senior Hardware Manager at Motorola Solutions since October 2022, Will previously held leadership roles at Nexkey, Inc. as Head of Hardware and Senior Mechanical Engineer, directing R&D, manufacturing, and customer support efforts. Will has a strong track record in the medical device sector, having launched multiple generations of wearable devices at Sympara Medical and established manufacturing processes at Velomedix. Notable achievements include increasing circuit board yield and successfully implementing in-house clinical trials. Will holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
