Ben Rausch

Ben Rausch has had a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 as a LTIP Wrangler/Caretaker for Pine Island Camp. In 2012, they began working for Steamboat Resort as a Snowmaking - GunRunner II/Controller I, and for Evan C Lai Landscape Design, Inc. as an Installation Foreman/Gardener. In 2013, they became a Guide for Discover Outdoors Foundation. From 2014-2017, they worked for Eastern Mountain Sports, starting as an Assistant Store Manager and progressing to Dual Store Manager and Store Manager. Theirresponsibilities included managing store operations, new store openings, relocations, and remodels, as well as merchandising, display and restocking. From 2017-2019, they worked for REI as a Retail Sales Manager. Most recently, they have been an Enterprise Account Executive - Channel Sales for Motorq since 2022.

Ben Rausch obtained their High School Diploma from Middlesex School in 2006. Ben then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Architecture/Art/Art Studies, General from Tufts University in 2010.
