Joy Butler

Joy Butler has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Joy has been a Director of Human Resources at Motorsport Network since September 2023 and also held the same position at Screenvision Media since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources and Operations at Hawkins International Public Relations from May 2021 to December 2021. Joy also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Easter Seals Ontario from October 2020 to April 2021. Joy served as a Human Resources Manager and Coordinator at UNION Advertising Canada LP from December 2015 to March 2020. Additionally, Joy has experience as the Chapter President at JCI Durham from January 2015 to December 2015 and as an HR Intern/Assistant at Media Assembly from August 2015 to November 2015. Prior to transitioning into the field of human resources, Joy worked at RBC as a Sales and Service Representative from August 2011 to January 2015, and as a Customer Service Representative from October 2007 to August 2011.

Joy Butler attended Trent University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In 2015, they obtained a Human Resources Management Certificate from Durham College. Joy also obtained CHRP certification from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association in 2015.
