Alicia Ramirez-Ingalls has a comprehensive work experience in strategy, operations, and marketing roles. Alicia started their career at Zoom in 2015, holding various positions including Marketing Operations Manager, Manager of Marketing Operations & Enablement, and Global Marketing Operations & Enablement Lead. From 2022 to 2023, they worked as the Strategy, Planning & Programs - Marketing at Zoom. In 2023, they joined Neat as the Strategy & Operations Lead.

Alicia Ramirez-Ingalls studied Economics at the University of California, Davis, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Before attending UC Davis, they also attended De Anza College.
