Helle has held positions ranging from Supply Chain Manager to Head of Supply Chain & Operations, showcasing a strong background in procurement and sales.

Helle Bekkeli completed an Engineering degree in Electronics at GTI from 1987 to 1989. Helle then pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economics at BI Norwegian Business School from 1990 to 1992. In 2018, they attended Babson College for the FLIR Leadership and Innovation Program.
