Benjamin Buckley

Benjamin Buckley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Benjamin is currently the General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Mott Corporation since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Rogers Corporation from 2014 to 2022, where they held positions such as Sr. Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Corporate Communications. Benjamin was responsible for driving the company's enterprise valuation from $1 billion to over $5 billion and led a team of more than 85 HR professionals. Before their time at Rogers Corporation, they held various leadership positions at Verge America, Barnes Group Inc., and United Technologies Corporation. Benjamin also has experience in litigation and served as a judicial clerk at the Connecticut Supreme Court.
