Paul Hofemann

Paul Hofemann is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving in Semiconductor Business Development at Mott Corporation since December 2022. Previously, Paul was a Semiconductor Entrepreneur at Stealth Inc. and JetCool Technologies from 2020 to November 2022, where work involved founding and leading equipment technology start-ups. Paul has held key leadership roles such as Chief Business Officer for BISTel from 2018 to 2020, Chief Business Officer at Magic Leap, and VP of Marketing & Business Development for Canon Nanotechnologies. Paul’s earlier experience includes significant roles at ADE Semiconductor Inspection and Veeco Instruments, with foundational positions at KLA-Tencor. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and the University of Dayton, respectively.
