Neil Mastin

Neil Mastin has extensive work experience in the field of pavement and asset management. Neil is currently employed at Mott MacDonald as a Principal Project Manager, specializing in this area. Prior to this role, Neil worked as a Senior Project Manager at the same company.

Before joining Mott MacDonald, Neil worked for the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) for over two decades. During their time at NCDOT, they held various positions, including Research and Development Manager, State Pavement Management Systems Engineer, Pavement Systems Engineer, Pavement Design Engineer, and Transportation Engineering Associate. Neil's experience at NCDOT has given him a strong background in transportation engineering and pavement design.

Neil Mastin received their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 1997. Neil subsequently pursued a Master of Civil Engineering degree with a focus on Pavement Materials at North Carolina State University, completing their studies in 2007.
