Nicki Marsh

Nicki Marsh is currently serving as the Marketing Director for the UK and Europe at Mott MacDonald since October 2022. Previously, Nicki held the position of Director of Global Marketing at Ramboll from July 2013 to July 2022, where responsibilities included forming a global marketing team, implementing marketing strategies, and driving company-wide campaigns. Nicki also served as Head of Marketing and Communications for the UK and Continental Europe at Ramboll. Prior experience includes roles such as Global Marketing Communications Manager at WSP Environment & Energy and Marketing Communications Manager at Fuel. Early in the career, Nicki worked as an Account Manager at Arrow Electronics and has a strong educational background with a 1st Class degree in Marketing Management from Anglia Ruskin University.
