People Analytics Lead at Mott MacDonald

Robin Pearson has an extensive work experience in various roles related to people analytics, operations management, and project management. They started their career as an Assistant Project Manager at Cambridge Assessment in 2003. Later, they joined Eden, a division of The Marmon Group Limited, as an Operations Manager, where they were promoted to Senior Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for improving processes, enhancing productivity, and strengthening client relations.

Afterwards, they worked as an Operations Manager at Atlas Gardens Ltd from 2011 to 2013.

In 2014, they joined Cambridge University Press & Assessment as a Systems, Process, and Change Specialist. They later became the HR Process and Analytics Lead, overseeing the review and improvement of people analytics and HR processes. They also designed a workforce modelling tool using PowerBI and presented insights to various levels of the organization.

Since 2021, they have been working at Mott MacDonald as the People Analytics Lead, leading a global team and centralizing the approach to people reporting and analytics. They focus on democratizing workforce insights to support strategy and drive business value.

Robin Pearson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Archaeology from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, Robin has acquired several certifications including a Data Analyst Level 4 Apprenticeship with Distinction from the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education in 2021, a BCS Level 4 Certificate in Data Analysis Tools from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2021, a BCS Level 4 Diploma in Data Analysis Concepts from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2021, an Agile HR Certified Practitioner from Agile HR Community in 2020, and PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation & Practitioner from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in June 2017.
