Andrew Lao

Andrew Lao has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Andrew is currently working as the Financial Director at MOTUL since 2021.

Prior to that, Andrew worked at 科思创 (Kesi Chuang) from 2002 to 2020, where they held various positions including Project Management, Controlling International, Head of Regional Controlling - APAC, Head of Controlling - BMS China, Head of Business and Site Controlling - BMS China, Financial Controller, and Regional Cost Controller.

Before joining 科思创, Andrew worked at Bayer HealthCare as a Subregional Financial Controller from 1999 to 2002, and at IMATION (Shanghai) Ltd. as an Accounting Supervisor from 1997 to 1999.

Overall, Andrew Lao brings a wealth of experience in financial management, controlling, and project management to their current role as the Financial Director at MOTUL.

Andrew Lao attended Li Xin accounting institution from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a college degree in Accounting. Prior to that, they attended Shanghai Weiyu Middle School from 1985 to 1992. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the "Motul Coaching Masterclass: Unleash the Great Coach within you" certification from Timeo-Performance in 2023.
