Melissa Rippa

Melissa Rippa has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and administration. Melissa most recently worked as an HR Manager at Netoplay starting in December 2023. Prior to that, Melissa served as the Global Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager at Motus GI Holdings, Inc. from May 2020 and September 2017, respectively. Melissa also worked as a Senior HR Specialist at EndoChoice starting in January 2013. Melissa's earlier experience includes serving as an Administrative Personal Assistant at Frutarom from February 2008 to April 2012, where they provided support to the Territory Manager of Israel & EM and managed company travel.

Melissa Rippa attended the University of Haifa from 2014 to 2015, where they studied Human Resources Management and Development, specifically focusing on Human Resources Development. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree at Emek Yizrael Collage Israel in 2008, with a specialization in Marketing within the field of Communication.
